IMPORTANT: Do not feed nut milks to babies under 12 months of age.

 

Ingredients:

1 Cup Raw Organic Almonds

2 Cups Water

5 Cups Water

1/3 Cup Natural Sweetener (optional)

 

Directions:

Place almonds in a bowl and add 2 cups of water.  Soak almonds for several hours up to overnight.  Drain.  Place soaked almonds in a blender.  Add 5 cups of filtered water and blend until smooth.  For a finer texture, strain almond milk in a mesh strainer.  Enjoy!!
