Ingredients:
2 Apples
1-3 Inch Piece of Ginger
1 Lemon (Unpeeled if Organic, Peeled if Not Organic)
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Bunch Parsley
1 Bunch Arugula
3 Habanero Peppers
1 Cucumber
Directions:
Place each ingredient in the juicer. It’s best to drink juice right after it’s made. This retains the nutrients, including important enzymes. Immediately pour any remaining juice into GLASS mason jars, sealed shut w/ PLASTIC lids (metal lids rust). Then just keep your jars of juice in a refrigerator or cooler until you’re ready to drink some more! With proper storage, the juice can stay fresh for up to 3 days.

Carrot Apple Beet Juice Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Medium Carrots
1 Apple (Granny Smith or another variety)
1 Large Beet (about the size of a baseball)
Directions:
Add each ingredient to the juicer one at a time. Makes over 2 cups of juice. Leftover juice can be stored in glass mason jars with plastic lids (metal lids rust).
